i would have to guess your account ran out of money due credit card issues or what ever you use to pay for the game, that's what usually happens

Yup just give them a call. I had an issue I wanted to check on today and Hitech answered the phone himself and checked it out for me.

There were no less than 4 bottles of scotch on the shelf when I visited last December :rock
