Iron Sky (the most politically incorrect comedy ever): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Py_IndUbcxc

Sunshine (awesome scifi/thriller): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wff9rzDzHy4

Dead Snow (trashy nazi-zombie comedy gold): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEQwEmeWnyI (and the sequel Dead Snow 2)

The Beast of War (key words: Afghanistan, tank, Mujahideen): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxS3CL-IewY

Watchmen (best move based on a comic, and an interesting critical satire of the super hero genre): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVjA0y78_EQ

Band of Brothers is awesome.  I left it out only because it's a series instead of a movie, but I should have put it in there.

Also, I forgot to add to mine Blade Runner.

The most recent Man of Steel movie was pretty good. Considering I only take in about 1 movie a year at the theaters (and wait for the rest to come out on Pay-Per-Puke) I really enjoyed it.

Saving Private Ryan was my favorite though.

Followed by Dr.Strangelove (or How I learned to Love the Bomb)
