Ok, so as many of you know, I like Buicks. Well, mt dad and I are restoring a 1970 Wildcat Convertible. It started out red, but I really like this green color. So, I thought I would ask you guys: Which color should we do?

NOTE: Neither of those are my car

Old cars are bad a-z :aok
Red is always sharp on good looking cars and the Wildcat is a good lookin car. Myself I tend to prefer a more subtle color although I did have a 1971 RS Camaro that was bright yellow. Go figure. I would go with the green. Its a matter of taste. We could tell ya how to paint it all day long but in the end your going to do what you want. Its the same thing as asking advice about girls. So what do you like? :)
What engine and transmission are you planning for the car?

I saw one of those just yesterday at http://www.meilenwerk.com/ (http://www.meilenwerk.com/). It was a gray convertible driven by a German.

Engine and transmission we are keeping the originals that came with the car. However, we did order and add dual exhaust, so now its producing around 400 hp! I like the green better, but its my dads from his early years, and it was red then, so we might keep it as is. I'll let you guys know when we decide!

Awesome! Those engines are so big, the first time I saw one I couldn't believe it was meant to be an everyday car! The '68 is a great boa... I mean car :devil

I think the term you are looking for is land yacht
it was a copper brown colour with a black vinyl roof, front buckets and consol. I was mad because he was going to get a firebird but on the test drive he was less than impressed. He was driving a roadmaster and you could park the firebird in it's backseat! :D

Blue :bolt:

Hey, just wanted to post an update to you guys:
As it is Spring Break in Texas, we have been doing some work on the car. We disassembled and cleaned the fenders, sanded them down, and ordered the paint( red and green). For those of you who suggested blue, my sister is looking at getting a baby blue T- Bird, so we'll see how that goes.
