How would I go about putting a squad logo on my plane? I want to avoid have a big square and have it look sort of authentic.

In the squadron management section on the clipboard while in the tower.  There should be an option there to upload your squadron logo.  Once you've uploaded it, HTC will review it and then if it passes their muster it will be enabled.

I was able to get the nose art uploaded, but now my problem is I still have the grey box surrounding the Emblem. I tried setting the background color to that 176,176,176 but it keeps changing whenenver I save it.

Edit: I think the problem I that I have to many different colors in the image, so it alter the color of the borders to compensate. Anyone know how to work around this?
