Independence eh?! You Americans must be so proud.

The EU is sending it's sanction units to the front line for an all out confrontation. When they can't push their paper any further they will be on the phone to request some proud Americans for the dirty work.

I'll bet $20 the citizens of Crimea voted for independence just like Kim Jong Un was voted back into office unanimously this year.

There is know way that 97% voted for it.

Also sounds like it is getting a little bloody over there right now.

nobody is scared of the US any more, and the EU military might is comedy. There are no vacuums of power. I the US refuses to assert its power around the globe, someone else will. Russia Iran and N Korea have realized this long ago.

One of the reasons I hang out on this board long after my 'pixel pilot' career has passed is because of the higher than usual percentage of actual studious and knowledgeable brains on many subjects.  So could somebody PLEASE shoot me a DM about why what's going on over there is our business?  *coughWidewingcough*  I'd rather not get into a rule #4 mess.

Several countries including the Russians agreed to honor Ukraine's borders if they would get rid of their nukes. If you allow the rearrangement of Borders to "Appease for Peace" the World's History may repeat itself.

I am sure Mr. Putin is very impressed with the CGI ability of US animation studios. He will never dare to enter a cartoon war.
