Lets just carpet bomb with nukes to be safe.  Ever since reading parts of The Hot Zone in high school I've had an irrational fear of bleeding to death out my arse hole and every other hole I got.

Most cases are in Guinea. Some cases in Liberia and Sierra Leona,

I just read that this outbreak began two months ago. That seem like a long time, when they don't yet seem to have it contained. Worrisome.

I think it has like a 3-4 week incubation period from the time you are infected to the time you show actually start getting sick.

Read Tom Clancy's Executive Order

I read it's anywhere from 3 to 7 days.  It's one of the reasons it has not gone global; the shorter the incubation period, the easier to contain. 3-4 weeks would be catastrophic for the world.

Incubation is up to 21 days depending on the strain.

Better recall Dr. Jermey Stone, Dr. Charles Dutton, Dr. Mark Hall and Dr. Ruth Leavitt. They did a great job on the Andromeda strain back in 71 .

Still enjoy them :) New movies with similar themes have too much CGI, explosions and actors chosen for their looks.

We're both right, according to http://ebola.emedtv.com/ebola/ebola-incubation-period.html (http://ebola.emedtv.com/ebola/ebola-incubation-period.html):

Quote
Ebola Incubation PeriodThe Ebola incubation period is the period of time between infection with the Ebola virus and the appearance of symptoms associated with the disease. The Ebola incubation period can be as short as 2 days or as long as 21 days.

Ebola Incubation Period: An Overview

When a person becomes infected with the Ebola virus, the virus enters the body and begins to multiply. The virus can travel in the blood to almost any part of the body, including the:

•Liver
•Spleen
•Pancreas
•Thyroid gland
•Lungs
•Kidneys
•Skin
•Brain.

After four to six days on average, symptoms of Ebola can begin. The period between the transmission of the virus and the start of Ebola symptoms is called the Ebola incubation period. The Ebola incubation period can be as short as 2 days or as long as 21 days.

great book :aok

If the virus mutates airborne then 90% of humanity is dead. Should be easier to get a tee time after no?

Thing is who is going to watch all those weapons and nukes if were all dead? This is a bad one. We mess with Mom nature and she cooks one up for us as pay back.
