Really. I ran across this on my Ipad and when the volume is turned down low the combination of music, narration and sound effects puts me right to sleep. It is also good background while doing taxes.

I keep turning it down and it's still too loud.  No way could I sleep to that.

Let me explain: Take your Ipad, put on your earbuds and listen. This tranquilizing playlist will work even with the Ipad turned off! Of course you could use any earplugs, but the Ipad or any equivalent device will make listening to this playlist more socially acceptable and even may give you some credibility.
