Title: killed a set of 4 bombers?

So I upped yesterday and saw a flight of lancasters headed to base, so I preceded to intercept them.  I had a BAD case of lag then shot down 1...2....... and the 3rd continued to fly missing fuselage from behind wings and 1 wing.  So I flew past it and turned around to get another look and see it falling out of the sky then get kill 3 and then 4  :headscratch: :headscratch:  confused at this point if it was a bug or what.  I have the film also should Skuzzy want it

Was it 3 kills on one player and an additional one on a different player? Occasionally (rarely) you can get a kill credit for a gunner was well, making 4 kills on one formation possible.

no it was the same players name on all 4 kills, I already thought of the gunner idea but wasnt sure if that was possible

I just saw that in your stats. Might be a good idea to send the film in for Skuzzy to check.

You can create a post in the Bug Report forum and attach your file there ("additional options" at the bottom), or you can send an email to skuzzy and attach the film.

I recall running into a bug where a single kill would multiply into many due to some glitch. You expect to get a single kill and suddenly many pop up. It's very rare though, I recall having only 1 or 2 of them during the 15+ years of playing.

there's a rare bug where if you kill one buff with a gunner it gives you two kills. it doesnt happen very often but it does.  just like once in a while you get killed and one of your countryment who isnt even close to you gets the kill.

I shot a bomber down once and got 40+ kills for it!

Yes thats the one I'm talking about. I don't recall if they all registered in the end though.
