Title: Odd coincidence

I was finally reading the January issue of AOPA's magazine, and I came across this article.  The photo caught my eye.

My first flight (on my way to my license) was in 51590.  I ultimately had just under 100 hours in it.  I flew it to Maine, and a variety of other places, with my kids and solo.  Now I see that it's a test bed for a diesel motor.

Makes me smile.

Small world haha - I've flown in that airplane too! (post diesel conversion however)
