I have a 61 falcon shell and a 63 falcon with the 260 in it. I got the 63 to fix it up, but it would take too much work on the body to get it where it needs to be. Its workable, but not within the time frame I wanted. Then I got the 61 shell (good condition) To throw the 260 in and just work on it. So, do anyone know any places around here ( st pete/ Tampa area) that might be interested in buying these? Im overwhelmed with things right now and just need them to go. I tried craigslist, but there are nothing but a bunch of low balling goof troops on there.

craigslist is going to be a good bet even though you've already tried it. You just have to endure the low balling goof troops until someone legit sees it, and on CL that can be a long time lol.

Its been 4 months of dealing with these morons. Its not like im asking too much for them. Im actually losing on them.
-
How much are you asking for the whole lot? Can you send me pics?
-
if you have Facebook theres all kinds of classic car sell and swap groups on there that would be the ideal place to start. im on a few here in oregon and washington.
-
Auto trader, hit the car club forums, especially the classic ford and specifically fairlane, don't shy from the Mustang ones either, guys look for parts that might interchange.
Craigslist has never been a good option for me. Ebay it, put a Minimum and Buy Now price, and you avoid the low ballers completely.

if I remember correctly the 1963 Falcon is a one-year production car which makes them really valuable for parts

The red one is the 63. The box you seen in the front seat is the quarter panels I bought. I just want 4 for both but will go as low as 3600 and thats me eating it. The 61 body is in great shape.

You are correct Zoom. Anything from the 63 would be at a premium. From Chrome to interior.
63 Falcon parts are almost impossible to find.

yeah. It has all of that. What isnt on the car is in it lol
Plus it runs and drives. I wanted to pull the motor and tranny out and throw it in the 61. The 61 would be way less work.
-
You aren't asking too much but you just need the right buyer. The person with the time, motivation, money and love for that car will scoop it up.

+1 I'm sure someone will snatch them up right quick. Those Falcons getting real hard to find. Four grand for both is a good price seeing as how they're from down south......low rust compared to what you'll find here in Iowa. I wish I could afford them.
-
They'll grow root and rust to nothing in the yard before I let them go cheaper.

stop by the shop you use for work normally, and ask them to post it. ask them if they can relay the information to their snapon/matco/mac tool guys. those should get it out there pretty nicely for ya.
