I was on you tube the other day and found this video on the Typhoon.  :airplane: Real good video, so I thought you all may enjoy it also.

Outstanding. To often its forgotten what a contribution this outstanding aircraft made in the Battle for Europe. It must have been terrifying to be the target of a group of these things diving in. The shots of the Typie in action are just fantastic.

Actually the RAF in general suffered incredibly high casualty rates.  :salute Boy they had guts.

One guy in the film said that they scrambled to catch fast moving FW190's and caught them up halfway across the channel.

Which game was he playing.

Seriously though these were some ballsy chaps :salute

In game the dora would be tough to catch but maybe he was referring to 190A5/8  which a clean Tiffie would have no problem reeling in on deck.  Nothing better than serving up some 20mmm,  when they finally realise they cannot get away.
