It’s now just 4 weeks to go to the Pink RibbonWalk at Leeds Castle in Kent, which I will be doing with my good friend, Collette Rednall. There are two walks, one 10-mile and one 20-mile, both sponsored to raise money for Breast Cancer Care. We have opted for the 10-mile walk and training for it has been going well; last week I completed a 7-mile walk as part of the Ulverston WalkFest.
As most of us have known someone affected by Breast Cancer at some point, I am sure you will agree it is a great cause and any donations can be made to our JustGiving pages:

Sometime over the next few weeks we should be receiving our pink t-shirts and walker numbers, and meanwhile I am getting as well prepared as I can be - hoping for good weather, but also prepared for bad!
