i was talking to someone from another squad over the weekend and he mention that they didn't have a HTC Aces High squad forum and that the CO sometimes doesn't get the orders on their external website til the Thursday night before FSO or sometimes even Friday of the FSO.
My suggestion would be for all squads to have a HTC squad forum, and have all 4 slots, for people getting orders, filled in the AHevents page so that 4 people are getting orders. this way everyone in the squad will know whats going on before Friday. also if a couple of the guys are not around, there are some backup people to cover for them. this way when the orders come out via EMAIL there are enough guys to post them in the HTC squad forum, cause everyone is staring at the forums all day long anyway!! :D
just a suggestion, to get things a little more cohesive.....

Great advice for new FSO squads and older squads that might not have a forum yet.

Its not just having names and emails they also have to work. I just published the ALLIED orders and had a few bounce back. Although minor in some cases it could lead to delays in the squad members getting their orders.
