If so where is the tutorial. I followed the instructions from the clipboard and get the same result. Currently, there aren't any missions to upload for the terrain (which in itself puzzles me why it is there :headscratch: ).
There must be some step(s) missing from the instructions, please help.

Skuzzy set up the playroom as a movie studio to make films. Did that change?

The playroom was changed in order to run staged missions and test the mission launching system. It did work for a while but there were only a few working missions and new ones could not be successfully created.
I don't think it is working at all right now.
Just waiting for the next update that hopefully has some mission system fixes to try again.

Thank you Jimson, and totally agree that new engine is way more important. I hope they do keep the playroom it has great potential IMHO.

It may be working. Give it a try, here are the updated instructions:
*************MISSION THEATRE*****************
Missions will start at 1:00pm 2:00pm and 3:00pm EST
repeat at 6:00pm 7:00pm and 8:00pm ESTand at 11:00pm 12:00am and1:00 am EST
During the automatic terrain changeover, the arena will
be emptied and players will need to log back
in prior to the mission start.
The mission will automatically launch 5 to 10
minutes past the hour.
To select a side and an aircraft, go to
Staged Missions-Populate Missions, highlight
your game name and double click the slot you
wish to fly
Certain slots may be listed as AI only. These should
not be chosen by players.

So it looks like anyone can schedule a mission. I arrived at 5 pass the hour and no mission was loaded. The same terrain is always loaded so I doubt if it is changing the terrain, but again I don't know.
Thanks for the information, also the GMT and local time thing not my strong point but looked like it was off. Is that possible, and Jimson, if you have the chance would you check the time.

No Chilli you can't schedule a mission. I have privileges for that arena right now. The missions run automatically on a schedule.
Go to staged missions-schedule missions and your local 24hr time should be at the top. Click on local and it should give you the correct mission start times.
I have checked and it does change the terrain. You have to keep checking and it will eventually load a mission. I'll experiment and see if I can give you a better answer on the timing of it all.

I would like to set it up so that you can choose your slot but if you don't in time, it will assign you automatically. Right now not all of the working missions I have are set up that way and I don't want to update them because they may break.
That way it would still run if you don't make the narrow window to choose your slot, you just might not get the slot you want,

I thought it was available like the Custom Arena for anyone to run missions. In this case, my need for its use is no longer a priority. I was away for so long that I had just noticed it the other day and my mind raced with the possibilities.
