I'm guessing it's a mortar on a Vietnam era gunboat.  IIRC they had a trigger fired mortar (vs the traditional drop the round to fire it)

Well, the second one looks like an LVTH6, so maybe the first is connected to the Philippines Marines Corps?

Found it, I think. First one is a Vietnam War LCM-6 River Monitor with 105 mm howitzer?

Same turret as an LVTH6.
