They have a large inland training base for SWCC boats near Fort Knox, Kentucky on the Salt River.  A large stretch of the river is on the military base and blocked to any civilian traffic.  This video looks very similar to the Salt River.  If that is where this video was filmed, it's pretty disturbing that Asian Carp have made their way into this tributary of the Ohio River.
