ugggg back to this again...feel to old for this carp but necessity calls.
First question: what websites have you used before with good success/accuracy to find what you're looking for? So far I'm finding boilerplate pages with lots of empty/unanswered questions by listers. Maybe I need to go with a matching agency???
I know lots of work ahead, just trying to make it easier on myself, thought I'd ask for any with constructive suggestions. Been through this many times before, always a chore.
The two biggest obstacles I have: I have 5yr old 75lb labrador and I need a house with yard for him. In central Phoenix this isn't usually that big of a deal, but nursing school starts in two months and I need to get on this asap.
:salute

I think it was a bit short sighted to get a dog of that kind if you can't afford to have your own housing. No wonder you have trouble finding a roomie.

Back in the "need a roommate " days my room mates were always drinking buddies or girlfriends. I wouldn't even consider sharing my home with a total stranger. They could be a pervert, serial killer, thief, ....you name it. Maybe someone at your workplace could split the rent with ya?

I think I could live with a pervert+girl roommate combination.

Lol
Constructive too, thanks for the suggestion :headscratch:, any investing advice too?
The dog is taken care of and has many places he's welcome, prolly some I'm not :rofl He's a member of the family and like a kid to me, he'd eat before me if necessary, which is not a problem.
I don't have "trouble", merely looking to make the process easier. There are so many websites, it's hard to know which ones are useful and which are a waste of time.
I'll probably ask Clark Howard's team...

Why don't you check with where you are gong to be training...surely there could be others with a place or needing a place...get a few people together and get a place....
