Title: RIP Casey Kasem
Post by: ozrocker on June 15, 2014, 06:33:44 PM
My generation grew up with him as DJ on Sundays, playing the American Top 40 Records.
His voice was Shaggy on Scoobie Doo.

I listened to him for hours and hours on the radio during the 1980's.  I'd wait for him to announce the next song and get the record button ready on the radio/cassette tape player so I could save certain songs on a "mix" tape for my tape deck in the car.

RIP Casey.

the top 40 with casey kasem.  I do miss  then right after that the wolfman jack.  I love sundays and all the times it help me get some back in the 80's just listening to the music.
