Been playing AH for about 5 months. Have had issues every once in a while where I get discoed, and have a few questions.
1. What address do I tell pingplotter to "ping."
2. Once I have the results from the address that is supposed to be pinged, how the heck do I post it?
Thanks in advance <S>

Crud wrong forum. Sorry yall

This technical tip (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,68316.0.html) at the top of the "Technical Support" form has the IP addresses in it. Take note, our IP addresses may change without notice, so before running Ping Plotter it is a good idea to check that post.
Ping Plotter data can be saved as text, which can be posted directly, or you can save it as an image and post it in the "Technical Support" section. To post an image, expand the "Additional Options" link in the post edit box and it will show the dialog for uploading images.
Crud wrong forum. Sorry yall
Actually, this is the right forum for asking for general help and support.

Unlike the image you posted in the Tech support forum, this Ping Plot is showing packet loss at three consecutive hops, all inside your ISP's network.
See my response in the Tech Support forum for how to deal with it.
