Is there a list anywhere? What is a "Warbbel?"

A list? Hardly any official one. Warbbel is probably a misspelled Wirbbel, the German Flakpanzer IV "Wirbelwind".

Bh is bomber hanger
Vh is vehicle hanger
Dora is 190 d
Ponie is p51b

There is more I can't think of them atm will look into it when I get off work.

"Pony" pretty much applies to all the P-51 models, not just the B.

SB - Shore Battery
Balls to the wall -  Full Throttle
Taters -  Cannon shells
DILLIGAF - Do I look like I give a f£&^
NOE - nap of the earth (low level attack below radar)
Dar - radar
Dar ring - extent of radar coverage
DarBar- icon in corner of map grid showing relative strengths of enemy/friendly aircraft
PPPPPPP - Proper preparation and planning prevents piss poor performance
SSSSSM - Shape, shine, shadow, silhouette, spacing, movement
PRESAR - Preparation, Reaction to EEF, Enemy (locate), Suppressing the Enemy, Attack, Re-Org.
