german soldiers here from this modern picture looks surprisingly similar to their counterpart`s pictures during ww II .

That's nothing new. When I was stationed in Germany in the 80's, was similiar :aok

Our Kevlars look like German WW2 helmets in design.

when i first saw this picture, first toughed come in to my mind was I saw this picture before but only in black&white...
