Doesn't look like too much damage, hopefully its not destroyed :(

Stupid caption on that video, it stated "landed hard" which is BS. That was a nice, normal touchdown. If he had gotten the gear out sooner it would have locked and been a non event...other than whatever happened to the engine.

It will be rebuilt no doubt. Glad he walked away.
At least he didn't bail like that RAF guy did because landing a plane with smoke was against their rules..... He said he coulda' saved it. It crashed into the ocean. I want to say it was also a Sea Fury. Ouch.

From my end it looked like they had time to lock but the front right one failed to lock..but I'm no pilot

I don't know if the Sea Fury has a hydraulic over center bar or not. If the engine was dead he may not have had pressure which would at a minimum likely extend the time required to get them down.
He did fine in any event.

agreed..New prop and paint job good as new..besides engine repair

Probably left the gear up to guarantee making the runway.
Sea fury stops fairly quickly without power.

down alive and walked away - looks like a good landing to me

Shame to see her down, but boy if that wasn't a great landing under the circumstances!

It will buff out...
