Anyone help me out?

Looking for a website that has all sorts of squadron logos, mostly American, WWII - Vietnam.  Available as vectors

I doubt you're going to find many (if any) in vector graphic format.

Did you try simmers paintshop?  I have a PSP file I got from them with a bunch of different insignias and stuff but they are raster not vector.
