Those guys are amazing RC pilots to pull all that off including synchronizing the routine between two planes.

How do the real ones keep the engines running during some of those? Can't be much air coming through the intakes?

That was a problem in the earlier days of jet fighters, and in severe maneuvers, the engines would have compressor stalls. More-modern fighters and engines are designed to reduce or eliminate that.
