Hey guys n gals,
Looking for someone with some drawing talent. Wanna get a motorbike themed sleeve up my left arm and a WWII fighter themed sleeve for my right arm. Anyone who wants to throw some designs at me would be much appreciated. Left inside forearm has a tribal motorbike to work around. If ya can draw something up that the guy that does my work can put on me I'll find some way to sling you a reward or payment of some sort. Would appreciate it if the WWII one featured a mossie in it somewhere.
Cheers,

I would say, if the guy who does your work...cant draw it....you need to find someone who can....
if he cant draw it he certainly isn't going to be able to tattoo it.... and do it justice.

I'd recommend seeing if you can find flash of some of the things you want online and maybe have your guy piece the sleeves together. Good WWII fighters can sometimes be found in traditional American flash (sailor jerry, don hardy, etc.). It depends on which styles you want your pieces to be in. Realism, traditional, etc can be very different but mixing styles can be cool. It may be worth while to have more than one artist add to your sleeves.
However, I've always found that the more freedom I give my tattoo artists, the better the end result. Good tattoos happen when the artist is just as stoked as you about the pieces they're doing on you. Most of the time, I just ask for traditional American style, give the artist a subject like pin up girl or whatever and let them go nuts. Last time I got tattooed my artist had my piece already sized and ready when I got to the shop cuz she was so stoked about the design she'd come up with.
I hope you get an excellent tattoo!
Mr. Ink, I also hope you return... <S>

Went to that joint in Vegas that is on the cable TV show. Can't remember what casino. It's about 1/2 mile from the Rio.
Their "people" were adamant that if it wasn't in a portfolio already -- or in their own tat book examples that they REFUSED to even consider doing it. Wife too. We had all they asked for and a nice tip....but no go.
We are still "tatless".

Good Idea, I'll find some pieces I like and see what he can do to stitch em together. Cheers
