Title: Timely reminder

Hey Guys,

I know you're all alot more smarter than I am, but just thought i'd give a reminder to back up your work off your pc. Mine just crashed, and I lost everything, and I mean everything,  I've worked on the last 3 years. I accidently disabled the backup programme some time back and forgot all about it till last Sunday.

So if you haven't yet. Now might be a good time
