Title: Is there a tutorial on how to use all features of AHFilmviewer?

I've made a few movies but most of my interactions with AHfilmviewer have been trial and error along with some help from this forum.  Is there a tutorial on how to use all features of AHFilmviewer?

Is there an official instruction booklet or any other tutorials out there?
