New month equals different style of play. It's gv month for me...
While reading on the forums I've seen mention of ranging for enemy tanks. I just guestimate and fire. Am I missing something? I usually am in a t34 or tiger. Is there a proper technique for shooting or??? I can't make any sense of it.

The German tanks help you with ranging. Take a look a this http://www.75thguards.com/ww2online/downloads/Zheriz_Ziess_Sight_Guide.pdf (http://www.75thguards.com/ww2online/downloads/Zheriz_Ziess_Sight_Guide.pdf)
After a while, just by sight, you will be able to estimate range pretty good...

I usually shoot within 800-1500 yards That's average combat distance for the most part.
-
Also, use a friendly Icon to determine range

That's a great link. Thanks!!!

Open your clipboard, go to options, controls, devices, and click on "lead targeting tank sight." Works like a charm. :aok
