Just out of curiosity are all of them still "accurate" . . .
Just a question as I am looking at panel lines and rivets for the P51 online.
The default placement of some rivets and panels/panel lines are posing a few problems. . .
I go off the default with the 109 series and P40 series but as I skin other planes should I be looking up my own Panel Line placement and making my own panel lines from scratch?
The LA panel lines I got from online for the most part.

The panel lines on the 109 series default skins are fairly inaccurate so I would assume the rest of them aren't perfect either

The placement is determined by the resolution of the texture file. As you know with the scale we are working with it's sometimes impossible to get the panel lines and rivets to match up the way they should. I can't speak for the accuracy of the placement, but whenever I do a skin I always follow the default pattern.

It's safe to say that the default lines are a decent place to start, but always have multiple references to verify panel line and rivet placement.

What he ^ said.

I think the default skins should rotate.
