Can't tell much but you can see the Falcon set to the right of the video.
Really hoping the sequel trilogy will be better than the "prequels"....I still haven't forgiven Lucas for Jar Jar, killing off Darth Maul so fast and the whole stupid "Midichlorians" idea. :furious

I have hope... JJ isn't using green screens, which is a very good sign. Also the next two will be directed by the guy who wrote the script for empire...

I have been there in that same spot! Greenham Common is an old GLCM base. I was there in 1990 for a day to pick up some equipment when I was temporarily stationed at RAF Fairford.
That's cool!

Meh.

I love Star Wars.....
but Trek always wins I'm afraid.

"The long term contract I had to sign
Said I'll be making these movies to the end of time"

Not thrilled that they're redesigning the X-wing. Yes, it's closer to McQuarrie's original concept art, but there wasn't a damn thing wrong with the version that was ACTUALLY used in the movies (and in most ways it looked BETTER).
-
The new films are set 30 years after the Battle of Endor (to match the age of the actors), so it is probably not an X-Wing but a new starfighter from Incom.

Nope. Already been officially ID'ed as being an X-wing.

And who wouldn't? Now that you can change the timeline on demand, Star Trek has something for everyone.
Low blow, I know...

It's probably the X wing Mk12. They used mostly Mk3's in filming the other movies.

They should resurrect Jar Jar for the opening scene of the new movie, just to give him a horrible and satisfying death. :devil

This is a Disney film... Jar Jar will be replaced by Goofy.
