JUst add the url of the picture between the [img /img]http://(http://cdn.newadnetwork.com/sites/prod/files/styles/large/public/article/top-funniest-gif-known-mankind-151020.jpg)

Creat an account at a site like photbucket   http://www.photobucket.com/
Upload the photo you want to insert and copy and past the url.
