Title: Is there a way around YouTube filters?

I can watch some of this guys uploads but not all like this one. Any way around this?

There are both free and paid access VPN services that will route your browser traffic through a gateway in the correct country.  Use caution, some of these are pretty shady.  Some work right from the browser but the "good" ones require you to set up a real VPN connection to their gateway service.
