Title: Going to Melbourne Australia Oct 16-22: stuff to do?

When I'm not flight instructing, I'm thinking I'd like to see some interesting stuff. Any natives offer a thought or 3?

Will you be in Melbourne the whole time, or will you be able to see other places too?

I'm a Sydney-sider, my knowledge of Melbourne is pretty limited.
