Title: I was asked about alt caps so here is the skinny on those.

When we have an event that has an alt cap like this one...say 20k for the B-29s as we do here...that means that you NEVER go above that alt for any reason. That's for the entire mission from T+0 to T+120.

Sometimes we have them (once in a while) as a gameplay balancer and/or historic rule. The cap is there for a reason and we ask that it be abided by. In fairness new players can sometimes misunderstand if it means "at target" or "only on egress" but it means all the time unless stated specifically otherwise.

Just for clarification there were a few folks that asked me.
