Nah.

This guy killed someone (and another guy, age 24, two kids, died) for a reason.   No better time to make that point than now, while we have your attention...

Don't turn this into something that it is not Vraciu.

Everyone involved responded commendably during this incident, Kevin Vickers,  the on duty security and police officers, and the civilians responding to, and administering first aid to the soldier who was shot.
