Hello,
Many times I end up communicating small snippets of text, outside of just "check 6" (which we have a key for).
Is there a way to hit a key and have it paste text into a specific channel?
Thanks,

I don't think so. We use to do macros in AWIII but I don't think they have it in game here. There may be a 3rd party program you could use to build and save macros to use in the game. I just never saw enough of a need for it to look... tho "kill macros" in AW were very inventive at times :D

No, there is no such functionality in Aces High.

If you have a stick that can replay key presses, this is an excellent use for that. I have a few programmed into my CH suite that allow me to change radio channels with a hat switch.

You can do it with thrustmaster TARGET software. You could also do it with voice command software.

Slade: You can do it with a programmable keyboard like the one described in the video clip through the link at the very bottom of this page (where it says "Special, Programmable Keyboard"):

Many keyboard manufacturers have macro software, specifically Logitech. On most Logitech gaming keyboards (which can be as inexpensive as $20-30), they give you additional "blank" keys that you can assign macros, key presses, etc.
Additionally, you can download macro software and program key commands ahead of time. It's fairly simple.
