What do you mean? Like the damage the bombers take? Or the amount of damage their guns do?

No one was thingking of the lancaster when they said that. It is one of the poorest defended bombers.

These guys were spread and had zero fire support to each other. The result was multiple fighters attacking a single bomber (with drones) multiple times, instead of having multiple bombers defending each other against each fighter. It is increadibly rare to see multiple bombers fly in proper formations which means that the majority of bomber players are either noobs or severely lack basic piloting skills.
