Yeah I'll never forget that cloud of Hurricanes we ran into. I thought we were all dead but we actually did pretty well.Just wait, over Germany in DGSII I was a P-51 pilot with the 355th FG escorting a huge formation of B-17's and B-24's I mean 25-30 sets in all. Anyways we ran into a storm of FW-190's, ME-109's, and ME-410's honestly I've never seen so many fighters in my life. They came from the 9'o clock, 12'o clock, and 3'o clock to the bomber formation. We might have had maybe 50-60 escort fighters against almost 80-90 Luftwaffe fighters. I don't rememebr what frame it was but it was so intense and white knuckle fight all the way to target and back. I've never seen anything like it, fighters everywhere, burning planes, and pieces of planes falling everywhere. I rememeber it was the time I shot down Bruv in his 190 and Ditto almost got me! The escorting is a blast, and I'm doing it again this time so I'll try to keep y'all alive. :salute
