I just tried to send an e-mail to support@hitechcreations.com and got the following error message:


This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

>>> support@hitechcreations.com (after MAIL FROM): 550 5.7.1 <disintegration@embarqmail.com>... Access denied



Any idea what the problem is?

The SPAM filter was eating it.  It has been corrected.  You should be able to send just fine now.

No thanks necessary.  I apologize for the issue.  The one thing I detest about spam filters is they occasionally will eat legitimate emails.
