Title: Hurricane II in Finnish markings, airshow maneuvers
Post by: Charge on November 23, 2014, 07:31:08 AM
I went to see this particular plane this summer to an airshow here in Oulu, Finland.

I was actually surprised by the energetic flying of this bird. Usually the display program tends to be quite dull, maybe they want to keep the airframe stress as low as possible.

Thanks to Grendel for the video.

I know what you mean charge,

I recall being amazed by an I16 pilot at Duxford when he went for it.

Thanks for posting!

I know the skin is obviously different but come on.......that looks more like our 109's than a Hurricane. Guess its hard to get the modeling right!
