So I hadn't used my account in awhile (multiple months) and when I came back I got a message popup upon logging in saying, "This account has been deleted". Is there any way I can get my account back?

Once an account is deleted, there is nothing to get back. The only thing left to get back, would be the game ID. It should be available for a new account. If not, contact us with the ID request and we can make sure it got released from the old account.
By the way, if the account is really deleted, the system would have sent you an email (using the email address of record) long before that happened letting you know it was at risk of being deleted.
If you want to find out more about the account, you need to either call (817-431-8840), or email (billing@hitechcreations.com) and provide the login ID for the account in question.
