Updated stats.

Created some new stats including:

• Dive performance.
• Split-S Minimum Required Altitude

Thanks to Mechanic for proper Split-S terminology.

Warning: I create performance stats that some might consider "weird". ... until you are in a situation to take advantage of knowing it.  Little things can make a diff!  :old:
