Title: Merlins to Malta - Final Scores

Due to real life, I had to wait and compile these after the FSO, I try to get them out after each frame but I just couldn't.

I would call this a very costly Pyrrhic Axis victory. The Axis were able to really sink the ships with bombs and torpedoes, especially in Frame 3. But really had trouble getting at Malta and lost lots of aircraft to the Allied Defenders. The Allies were very successful in shooting down the Axis, but not without taking lots of losses to the ships.

The Ace Missions were very successful for the two Allied Missions that were launched. In Frame 1,  AKTap shot down 3 Enemy Aircraft and landed and the Allies also shot down the Axis Ace. In Frame 3, BigGamer shot down 4 Enemy Aircraft and landed and the Allies shot down the Axis Ace. In Frame 2, the Allies did not select an ace. Therefore the Axis will be rewarded 20 points and 20 points will be rewarded to the Allies for shooting down Molsman, the Axis Ace.

Thanks for posting the scores Nef.  I was a bit surprised to see this point total.  This one felt like a strong allied victory to me.   :cool:

Also, small correction, the Frame 1 Ace was AKdogg, who landed 1 kill(I PM'd you the backup).  Looks like that correction does not make a difference in the end though.
