I use the G27 version. No negatives here.

Thanks for the response Chalenge. I have another question for you, are the mounts for the hardware universal which can accommodate non Saitek gear?

I doubt it, but I have not seen the Saitek specific stand. I bought this for the G27, and the mounts fit it and only it. What I particularly appreciate about the stand is the way it can fold up and fit in a compartment I designed for it in my desk. It makes wire management easier, also.

Just got mine for a G27 racing setup that has been sitting around unused for about 6 mos. What I came to find out is that the hardest thing with racing controllers is keeping them stable during use. Just mounting onto a desk using plugs just aint going to do it. So it has been sitting doing nothing while Ive been scheming various methods of mounting it, hopefully not interfering with my flight stuff.

So when this thread came out I investigated it and Bingo! Its a whole lot of hardware for $164. Heres a pic of mine sitting on the side of my work station, in closed setting, and out of the way. Bringing it into play is the work of a minute. Im considering giving flight a long break but if I dont I'd be tempted to get a 2nd one for flight controllers as well.
