Read a little back ground on the plot. The Terminator's human tissue will age just like a regular person hence the gray haired aged model seen. I believe that model was sent back to when Sarah was a child to protect her and has been with her since. I assume the little girl in the trailer is her.

Glad the bad guy's a T1000 again.  That was by far the scariest one after the original.  Anything's better than the third one, I'm cautiously optimistic.

There was more than one Arnoldbot made.  All the T800s looked like Arnold.
