Title: Squad attendance levels

Just a reminder its a good idea to review your squads attendance levels every month or two just in case you are slipping short or getting larger which ever the case may be. We have a hard time some nights getting the intended ratios we are looking for. December can be a bad month as its the Holiday Season and we get that.

Herding Muppets on Friday night is the hardest job I've never really liked.   :rofl

I tried that.  Attendance went up, but it started a massive argument about how tight I was tying them up.  Some wanted them to wiggle a bit, others wanted them stationary.  It created way more problems than it solved unfortunately.   :frown:
