Looks to be a target on some army's firing range.  They were used for that often post war

Target.

From the uniform, size of penetration and angle, which is most apparent on the barrell. I would guess this is from Germany, 1980s and the dirty work of the GAU-30mm from an A-10.

Just my guess.
