Just change the base ownership percentages required to win the war depending on country populations.

Currently, any time a country gets within 50% of a map victory, tons of players refuse to log off when they quit playing for the night.  They just stay in a tower hoping to get some stupid perk points and screwing their teammates out of decent planes in the process.

There is also way too much emphasis in the minds of a lot of players that their purpose in Aces High is to win the war.

I think we should also get rid of awarding perk points to the winning country.

If ENY is over 20, I tend to log off because of the 12 hour rule.  Last night it was in the 25 range so I drove the M16 for a couple of sorties before logging out of boredom & Lack of choice.

When ENY is 25 and higher, I may very well log off... but not for a lack of plane choices but for a lack of targets.

This, I only fly MW/EW planes unless I'm in a 4-hog, 262, or K4. I can live with ENY, but no targets....
