Title: Bridges vs PT boats, amphibious vehicles and planes

In the current version, bridges cause PT boats and amphibious vehicles to crash.

I'm hoping water vehicles and planes will be able to travel smoothly under bridges in the new version.

Also, are amphibious vehicles able to shift into gear with ground level wind now?
