Filth and company provided the defenders of A16 with the best 'scout and shadow' I have ever seen in FSO. We had reliable intel on the incoming strike for what seemed like 30 minutes. It was so good it was hard to believe. In the end the B25 mission was intercepted in force moments before they had to be in their bombsights. It was remarkable.

He basically shadowed the stream on his own. I rtb'd with a fuel hit and Flench found the Bougainville Triangle, so to say his plate was full is an understatement. :rock

We knew you guys were tracking us, blew any hope of an end around surprise. Speed and some good escorts were the only thing we had going for us. I believe Filth got both my drones. Was good fun for all. Well played! :rock

That was fun! We were released by our bomber group to shadow after we passed in flight, engaged a few P38s and followed along behide and off to the side. I saw some P38s trailing to my 8 oclock and expected to be jumped. Either they didnt see me, or my white-ish non icon dot was so close to a P38 I was hoping they thought I was one of them that didnt get the memo :)
I kept callin gout location, waiting for the cavalry to arrive, and at one point saw about 15 high dark dots appear over the B25s. Yay I said to myself. Then I checked vox window....crickets, no friends in range. I worked my way in front of the bombers staying east of them as I passed. At the IP I saw them turn alerted the others and waited to see friendlys start to intercept, and then went after them too. Ended up with an oily engine, but got down ok. So far this FSO has been the most fun for me in months in the game. Bettys last week, Zeros this week, whats next?!!
